Our sports anchors Ricky Doyle and Joaquin Sanchez provide local sports updates at :15 and :45 past the hour. Boasting the largest sports team in Central Texas, the news channel also airs a 30-minute sports show, "Sports Night," Monday through Friday at 10 p.m.
Tune in weeknights at 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. for "Capital Tonight," anchored by Karina Kling and supported by the largest political team in Central Texas. The show features our in-depth reporting and analysis of Texas state politics including reports from our bureau in Washington D.C.
The station changed its name to Spectrum News on Sept. 20, 2016. All of the company's news channels across the United States will carry the name to more easily identify us as a local programming channel available exclusively on Spectrum.
