Inaugural Swearing-In Ceremony
• LOCATION: On the west front of the U.S. Capitol Building.
• TIME: The ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m. with opening remarks at 11:30 a.m. and the swearing-in at noon.

Inaugural Parade
• LOCATION: Starts at the steps of the Capitol Building and proceeds along Pennsylvania Avenue to the White House.
• TIME: Begins around 3 p.m., following the swearing-in ceremony.

Inaugural Balls
• LOCATION: Two main balls take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and National Building Museum, with unofficial balls at other venues.
• TIME: Balls typically run from 7-11 p.m.
