Suspect arrested after authorities say he pointed rifle at DPS helicopter

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas -- A Williamson County man was arrested after police said he pointed a weapon at a DPS helicopter.

Officials say 39-year-old Clint Noe aimed his rifle Sunday at the helicopter flying over a home in Thorndale. Noe was arrested on scene.

He was booked into jail and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
