What do Spectrum and TWC customers get?
The websites for Charter's 24-hour news channels – in New York City, across Upstate New York, and in North Carolina, Texas and California – offer enhanced access to customers who subscribe to our video (TV) service.
This includes 24/7 access to the live stream of your local Spectrum or TWC news channel, plus unlimited access to all of our video clips including our vast video clip archive.
For unlimited access our video content, customers must sign in using their Time Warner Cable username and password – the same ID used to access TWC's online bill pay service, stream TV shows from WatchESPN and HBO GO, access the TWC TV mobile apps, and use Remote DVR manager, Phone Manager and other TWC services.
This ID is free of charge to all Spectrum and TWC TV subscribers, and there is no additional charge for the enhanced website content. However, subscribers with only high-speed data or phone service will have to upgrade their subscription to be able to access our video content.
Those without a TWC ID can still access most of our video clips, and can sample our full shows and archive clips up to ten times per month. A message displaying the number of free views remaining appears each time you go to view a full show or archive clip. This courtesy service does not include access to our live video stream.
If you've already set up your TWC ID, you're all ready to access all
of our content. If not, you can register for your TWC ID by following
the instructions below.
