Colton Pitonyak's latest appeal was dismissed by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals on Wednesday, the highest appellate court in the state. Pitonyak is serving a 55-year sentence for the 2005 death and dismemberment of 21-year-old Jennifer Cave in a West Campus condominium.
