The push to expand medical marijuana use in Texas continues. Last session, lawmakers approved the use of CBD oil, a marijuana extract, to help those with intractable epilepsy. The state's top library is sending one San Marcos librarian on a big trip. San Marcos Library Director Diane Insley will be among five other librarians from across the state going to Colorado this weekend. The librarians will be learning how their libraries can use data to better serve their patrons.
