Update: Two southbound lanes of Interstate 35 near FM 1431 are now open, according to Round Rock police. The department says one lane remains closed for TxDOT repairs. Earlier: An 18-wheeler fire shut down a portion of Southbound I-35 near 1431 in Round Rock Monday morning. The area is expected to reopen between 11 a.m. and noon.
