Tuesday, a Republican judge from San Antonio denied a second request by former Gov. Rick Perry's legal team to dismiss the indictment against him. Immediately following Tuesday's ruling, Perry's lawyers filed a notice of appeal, which means the case will go to the Austin-based 3rd Court of Appeals.
