Watertown Residents Voice Concerns with Proposed Budget

SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: For weeks, Watertown lawmakers have discussed the proposed budget, seeing if and where changes can be made. Monday night, the public got the chance to put their two cents in. Some of the biggest concerns were the proposals to reduce hours at the library and to increase the fee for the arena's seasonal skating pass. City Manager Sharon Addison says she stands by these proposals, saying she thinks public safety and public works issues are more important. Mayor Joe Butler says some of those cuts could change as the council continues to look at the budget.
