Rochester A man and woman are both charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a young boy was left unattended in a van Monday and was later found wandering the streets. Time Warner Cable News reporter Mike Hedeen has an update. Updated 12:23 PM
City officials said a fight that broke out in front of the new RTS Transit Center was caused by an issue with the city school district’s transportation plan. The district responded by saying it cannot be held responsible for what youths do when they gather outside of school.

A spokesperson for the financial company said Thursday that the move will be complete by the end of 2015. About 350 people are expected to be laid off, but a spokesperson said they'll be able to apply for other jobs in the company.
