Dozens gather in Watertown to remember those lost to overdoses

SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Dozens gathered in front of City Hall in Watertown to remember those who have died from drug overdoses. The event was hosted by Alliance for Better Communities. Organizers set 144 empty shoes on the ground to symbolize the daily overdose deaths in the nation. The Alliance for Better Communities is an organization with the mission is to create a safer, healthier, and drug-free community for our youth in the Jefferson County area.
