Syracuse It was record setting rain that struck the city of Syracuse Sunday night. At one point, an inch and-a-half of rain falling within just a half-an-hour. The rain caused flash flooding across the city and is now blamed for at least one death. Bill Carey reports. Updated 12:32 PM
State corrections officials on Wednesday announced a new superintendent would assume control at Clinton Correctional Facility following the escape of two convicted killers from the Dannemora prison.
