Central NY A manhunt is underway for an armed suspect in the village of DeRuyter. The Madison County Sheriff tells TWC News that the suspect is wanted in connection with a domestic disturbance on Highbridge Road in Cortland County where he allegedly took a woman hostage. 04:59 AM
