Thursday's village board meeting in Hoosick Falls was unexpectedly cut short, and residents are not happy. Mayor David Borge said a family member of a board member was ill and the meeting needed to be postponed. The board was there to discuss the revised million-dollar settlement with Saint Gobain and Honeywell for the PFOA water contamination.
