Child Marriage Banned in New York

Governor Cuomo signed legislation on Tuesday banning child marriage in New York state. The bill prohibits the marriage of minors under 17 years of age and requires those between 17 and 18 to get court and parental approval. As you'll recall, up until now, someone as young as 14 could wed. Sonia Ossorio, president of the National Organization for Women's New York City chapter, joins us talk about this bill finally becoming law.
