PSC Approves Power Plant Subsidies
The Public Service Commission gave the go-ahead to letting nuclear power plants qualify for clean energy subsidies. It's a decision that way key to keeping one upstate plant from closing- and the head of the commission said there would be no way to make up the difference without relying on fossil fuels.
