Albany Capital Region The community is mourning the loss of State Police Trooper Timothy Pratt. The 55-year-old died Wednesday morning after he was hit by a car in Wilton. Dozens of local police and fire departments honored Pratt by lining the overpasses along the Northway as his body was taken to the funeral home in South Glens Falls.
