Gov. Andrew Cuomo asked New York City-area commuters to stay home Monday, if possible. He said that the evening commute could be near-impossible and many major roadways could be closed during the evening commute due to heavy snow and high winds. Down in New York City, they are bracing for up to 3 feet of snow. Mayor Bill de Blasio says he has readied 1,500 snow plows. 06:22 AM
